We select high-quality materials from factories that produce for export. Our material components are made of brass, bronze, and stainless steel, coated with 14K/18K gold or white gold.

For earring stems, we pay special attention and use materials that are nickel-free*. In addition, every time new earring stock is imported, we randomly test the new earring stems with a solution to check for nickel substances, ensuring that our earrings are safe and hypoallergenic for individuals with nickel allergies.

*Nickel is a common and inexpensive metal often used in combination with other metals to increase hardness and durability. However, nickel is the most common cause of allergic reactions to jewelry. Therefore, individuals with sensitive skin should avoid jewelry that contains nickel.

However, we would like to inform you in advance that the colors of the pieces may not be the same in every production round. We will try our best to make them as close as possible.

We can make slight modifications according to the customer’s requirements. However, in some cases or designs that we consider more suitable for pierced earrings, we may not produce them as clip-on earrings. But if you are interested and want to change the style, you can contact us to inquire. If we have the materials that can be assembled, we would be happy to assist you.

The quality plating used on our jewelry provides a protective barrier against moisture and helps to prevent tarnishing and fading. However, it is important to note that excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or prolonged immersion may still affect the longevity of the plating.

We gladly accepts secure payments through credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe, and mobile banking for your convenience, security, and speed.

Our store aims to provide satisfaction to all customers with their orders. However, if you are dissatisfied with the received product, the store is willing to provide a full refund, excluding custom-made items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it within 7 days under the following conditions:

The returned product must be in its original and unused condition.

• The store does not accept returns for custom-made items.
• The store is unable to refund the shipping fee.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed through the original payment method. For customers who paid with a credit card, it may take up to 45 days for the refund to appear on their credit card statement (the duration depends on the credit card policy).
